Rules & Regulations

1. Enrolled students are expected to progress satisfactorily. Any student whose performance falls below the minimum acceptable standard, will be asked to withdraw from the institute. In such cases, fees paid will not be refunded.

2. A student found to have got admission by way of forged mark sheets, signature of parents, etc. then, his/her enrollment with VISION KOTA will be terminated and full fee will be forfeited.

3. Our course material is exclusively for the use of our bonafide students only. Since we reserve all copyright privileges over this material, it shall not be redistributed, sold, loaned or copied. If a student is found to have allowed our study material to be misused, his/her enrollment with VISION KOTA will be terminated without refund of fee and action will be taken against such student as per copyright act. Our decision in such a case will be final.

4. Due to change in any Govt. Policy or any other unavoidable circumstances, if institute finds that course completion is not feasible then, fee will be refunded after deducting registration charges, study material charges and the amount for duration for which coaching has been given.

5. If there is change in the syllabus during the academic session, the institute on it's own shall make all possible efforts to cover the revised syllabus. However, it will not be binding on the institute and no obligation for any such commitment shall be entertained in any case.

6. VISION KOTA reserves the right to deny admission to a student without giving any reason.

7. VISION KOTA reserves the right to make additions and alterations in the rules, working hours and time-table as may be deemed necessary from time to time without any prior information.

8. In matters not covered in the above rules and regulations, the decision of VISION KOTA Director shall be final and binding on the student and his/her guardian.

9. All disputes are subject to Kota jurisdiction only.
